Dr. He is a co-founder of Fulight and currently serves as the CEO of this company. He brings over many years of experience in LED packaging and solid state lighting industries. Prior to founding Fulight, he served as the Chief Scientist in Nepes LED, Corp., a company cofounded with his Korean colleagues, where he led the R&D group in remote phosphor cap technology and LED lighting product development.
Sam Chan
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Dr. Chan is a co-founder of Fulight and currently serves as both Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of this company. Dr. Chan continues to play an instrumental role in growing Fulight and has led in developing the technology, building teams, and strategically marketing products. Dr. Chan had served as a Research Specialist and Lecturer in the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of California, Irvine.
