Return Policy: Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For defective items or items damaged during shipping, Fulight will provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a full refund will be guaranteed once the returned item is received.

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that buyers purchase their own return shipping label. If the buyer requests Fulight to provide a return shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. A restocking fee may also apply depending on the reason for return and the condition of the returned item.

 

Cancellation Policy: please note that a non-refundable commission fee of approximately 3% (charged by Wix.com or PayPal) will be deducted from your refund.
